These Sticky Sesame Chicken Thighs are something special for the BBQ this summer! A simple to assemble but impressive serving suggestion using gun shaped (‘teppo gushi’ in Japanese!) skewers.

Ingredients

AVO Japanese Style Sesame Sauce
Chicken Thighs
Spring Onion
Sesame Seeds

Method of Preparation

Bone out 2 chicken thighs leaving skin on
Skewer with teppo gushi skewers
Pour over AVO Japanese Style Sesame Sauce
Finely dice spring onions and place on top
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish
