Ingredients

• 3kg Lean Minced Lamb (Pork or Beef can also be used but we find Lamb works best)
• 100g AVO Kofta Seasoning
• 150g Ice Cold Water
• AVO Brazil Pepper Sauce
• Fresh Red Chilli and fresh Herbs to garnish

Method of Preparation

1. Add the AVO Kofta Seasoning to the Minced Lamb (or meat of your choice)
2. Add the water and mix together well until combined
3. Roll into 50g balls.
4. Transfer to display tray or bowl and cover in AVO Brazil Pepper Sauce
5. Garnish with fresh Red Chilli and fresh Herbs
