This is a quick and easy value added tray bake dish, using AVO Red Wine & Shallots Marinade.

The marinade is a robust combination of traditional hearty flavours, suitable for all meats but particularly good with beef.

Recipe

  1. Tenderise beef skirt steak and slice thinly into stir fry strips
  2. Slice red onion, white onion and mixed peppers into stir fry strips as well
  3. Place everything into a bowl and marinade AVO Red Wine & Shallots Marinade, at a usage rate of 8-10% to meat & vegetables
  4. Place everything into a oven ready foil tray ready for a ‘slow cook’ style cooking method
