Ingredients
- AVO Gourmet Roasted Onion, Bacon & Mustard Filling
- AVO Lafiness Honey & Mustard Oil Based Marinade
- Chicken Supreme
- Streaky Bacon
- Asparagus Spears
Method of Preparation
- Make an incision direct into the top of chicken supreme and be careful not to pierce through the bottom of the breast
- Marinade the supreme with AVO Lafiness Honey & Mustard Oil Based Marinade
- Fill the pocket with the AVO Roasted Onion, Bacon & Mustard Filling
- Place the two pieces of asparagus on top of the gourmet filling
- Criss cross the bacon over the product to finish
Cook at Home
- Oven cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 40 minutes or until fully cooked through.
