Ingredients
Method of Preparation
- Cut the lamb leg steaks as required
- Glaze with the AVO Lafiness Rosemary Oil Based Marinade
- Dip and coat the steaks in the AVO Mint & Rosemary Crumb
Cook at Home
Oven roast in a pre-heated oven at 180°C / 350°F Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
