Our Italian Style Tomato and Herb Pasta can sit alongside and complement a variety of delicious meat based options. Eaten as a side accompaniment or as a main meal.


Ingredients

Top Tip: Using Wholewheat pasta would pack an extra fibre punch!

Method of Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta and leave to cool
  2. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into 1cm size pieces
  3. Cut or tear the Mozzarella cheese into small chunks
  4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese to the pasta
  5. Add the Italian Style Tomato sauce and mix until evenly distributed
  6. Tear up some fresh basil and scatter on the top.
  7. Display!
