This is a popular flavour fusion with an extra kick!
- 3kg Lean Minced Lamb (Pork or Chicken can also be used but we find Lamb works best)
- 100g AVO Kofta Seasoning
- 150g Ice Cold Water
- 100g Feta Cheese
- AVO Sriracha Style Sauce
- Spring Onion to garnish
- 20g Grated Cheese to garnish
Method of Preparation
- Add the Kofta seasoning to the minced lamb (or meat of your choice)
- Crumble in the feta, add the water and mix together well until combined
- Roll into 50g balls.
- Transfer to display tray or bowl and cover in AVO Sriracha Style Sauce.
- Garnish with grated cheese and chopped spring onion.
