Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

• The competition is organised by Innovative Food Ingredients Ltd (“Organiser”). By participating in this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, who are butcher shop owners, butchers or butchery apprentices within a retail outlet.
• Employees of Innovative Food Ingredients, their direct family members, or anyone else connected with the competition are not eligible to participate.

3. Competition Period

• The competition starts on 1^st October and the closing date is on 28^th February 2025.
• Entries received after the competition period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must register for the community
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries per person will be disqualified.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

5. Prize

• The prize for the competition is a Trip to AVO HQ, Osnabruck Germany, 1st-3rd June 2025. This includes a 2-night stay for 1 person with paid flights, hotel and meals. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected from a random draw from all valid entries received by the closing date.
• The decision of the Organiser regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notification of Winner

• The winner will be notified via email within 5 workings days after the competition closes.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 workings days of the initial notification being sent, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner.
• The Organiser will not be responsible for systems preventing email not being delivered.

8. Publicity

• By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes related to the competition without additional compensation.

9. Data Protection

• Personal information provided during the competition will be used in accordance with Innovative Food Ingredient’s Privacy Policy. This data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except for the purpose of administering the competition.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. 

1. Disqualification

• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries if they are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or if they are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.

By participating in this competition, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
