Butchers Collective Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by IFI, Bracewell Ave, Poulton-le-Fylde FY6 8JF
3. This prize draw is open to members of Butchers Collective aged 18 or over, excluding employees of IFI or its affiliates, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw.
4. Participants must complete the survey in full and submit it before 5:00pm on Friday 23rd May 2025. 
5. Only one entry is permitted per person and per email address 
6. Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be counted.
7. The prize is 1 x DICK Vivum 9’ BBQ Knife
8. No purchase is necessary.
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered and IFI reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
10. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
11. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date, and the winner will be notified by email within 14 days. 
12. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the IFI reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
13. By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity, including their name, business name and image being used in marketing materials and social media posts relating to the prize draw and Butchers Collective, without additional compensation.
14. IFI reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions without notice if necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
