This flavour profile could quite easily be found in the street food of Bangkok!
Zesty Lemongrass, Pungent Thai Basil, Sweet Coconut and mild Chillies are bolstered by the addition of crispy mangetout, spring onion and fresh chopped coriander.
Delicious and colourful to brighten up those darker and longer Autumn and Winter days.
Ingredients
- AVO Lafiness Bangkok Style Oil Based Marinade
- Beef Bavette (or similar cut)
- Baby Corn
- Mangetout
- Spring Onion
- Red Onion
- Mushrooms
- Fresh Chopped Coriander
Method of Preparation
- Slice the bavette into stir-fry strips
- Prepare vegetables and add at a ratio of 60% meat 40% veg (or to your taste)
- Add 10% AVO Lafiness Bangkok Oil Based Marinade
- Mix thoroughly to ensure even coverage
- Display with a sprinkle of fresh chopped coriander
Cook at Home
Stir fry in a pan or wok until fully cooked through.
