These Alabama Pork & Haggis Stackers are made with pork, haggis and a delicious creamy herb filling, wrapped in streaky bacon. Oven or BBQ; they’re a big-hitter in all weathers!
Ingredients
- AVO Lafiness Alabama Oil Based Marinade
- AVO Gourmet Herb Filling
- Boneless Pork Loin
- Streaky Bacon
- Haggis
Method of Preparation
- Thinly slice 1 pork loin steak and cut in half
- Glaze both steaks with AVO Lafiness Alabama Oil Based Marinade
- Layer chunky piece of haggis on steak
- Add AVO Gourmet Herb Filling on top of haggis
- Place second steak on top of stack
- Wrap with streaky bacon
- Skewer through to secure
