Recipe Idea: Kofta and Sriracha Style Meatballs

Kofta MeatballsThis is a popular flavour fusion with an extra kick!

Ingredients

  • 3kg Lean Minced Lamb (Pork or Chicken can also be used but we find Lamb works best)
  • 100g AVO Kofta Seasoning
  • 150g Ice Cold Water
  • 100g Feta Cheese
  • AVO Sriracha Style Sauce
  • Spring Onion to garnish
  • 20g Grated Cheese to garnish

Method of Preparation

  1. Add the Kofta seasoning to the minced lamb (or meat of your choice)
  2. Crumble in the feta, add the water and mix together well until combined
  3. Roll into 50g balls.
  4. Transfer to display tray or bowl and cover in AVO Sriracha Style Sauce.
  5. Garnish with grated cheese and chopped spring onion.
