AVO Lafiness Tomato Salsa Butchers’ Marinade is a sophisticated, spicy taste of tomato, chilli, paprika, cumin and fine herbs, emulating all the flavours of Harissa. Suitable for all meats but particularly good with poultry, beef and pork.
Method
- Start by slicing your lamb neck fillet into thin slices and marinade with 8% AVO Tomato Salsa Lafiness.
- Mix thoroughly until all is evenly coated.
- Slice halloumi into similarly size pieces, it’s important they cook at around the same time.
- Layer your pieces in the tapas trays alternating between lamb and halloumi.
- Add a sprinkle of fresh parsley across the top for visual appeal.
